Returns Policy: 

For contact lenses exchange, please call our office. We cannot accept any exchange without a valid purchase receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s).  For dry eye products, all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
